Utopia World sits in the Kargicak area, set across 120,000m² of grounds that blend pine forest with Mediterranean coastline. The resort is built on elevated terrain overlooking the sea, with the ancient city of Syedra nearby. The main building is an eight-storey complex complemented by villas set among the trees, giving guests a choice between hotel-style rooms and a more secluded villa experience. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Mahmutlar, approximately 3 miles away.

Utopia World is one of the most impressive resorts on the Turkish coast — the sheer scale of the grounds, the aqua park set among pine trees and the variety of dining options make it genuinely hard to fault as an all-in package. It suits families particularly well, with the Ma&Me&Pa Family Club keeping younger guests busy while adults make the most of the pools, spa and evening entertainment.
When you do venture out, the surrounding area has plenty to offer — the ancient city of Syedra is on the doorstep, Damlatas Cave and the Red Tower are a short drive into Alanya, and the spectacular Sapadere Canyon and Dim Creek are well worth a half-day trip. For something truly memorable, the local submarine tour offers an underwater view of the Mediterranean that's hard to find anywhere else on the coast.
The Ultra All Inclusive programme covers breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Tuğra main buffet restaurant, alongside three à la carte restaurants — La Monte (Italian), Turquoise (Mediterranean seafood) and Tuam (Anatolian cuisine). Snack options are available at the poolside, beach and aqua park throughout the day, with a patisserie serving cakes and pastries from morning to evening. Drinks are included at nine bars across the resort, including a 24-hour lobby bar, beach bar, pool bar, laguna bar, detox juice bar and aqua bar. À la carte restaurants and room service are not included in the Ultra All Inclusive programme and are charged locally.
Seven outdoor pools are spread across the resort, including a main pool, a half-moon infinity pool with sea views, a relax pool and a children's pool area with three dedicated kids' pools. An indoor pool is also available. The 15,000m² aqua park is built among the pine trees and features water slides, a rafting river and a splash area — one of the largest and most attractively situated aqua parks on the Turkish coast.
The Utopia World Spa offers a Turkish bath, sauna, indoor pool, massage therapies, VIP ritual rooms and a relax room. The Utopia Sports Academy runs fitness sessions and outdoor sports activities including tennis, beach volleyball, basketball and cycling. Spa treatments are available at a local supplement.
The Ma&Me&Pa Family Club is the resort's dedicated children's programme, offering workshops, family events, treasure hunts, mini discos and movie nights. Evening entertainment runs nightly with live music, DJ sets, themed shows and a late-night disco. A cinema, playground, library and shops are also on site.
