The Merit Park Hotel is in a good position for venturing around Kyrenia. Heading towards Lapta, you will pass The Martyrs Monument and The Peace and Freedom museum on your right hand side. There is also the Lapta coastal walk to experience – a purpose built promenade along one of the most picturesque coasts on the island. The walk starts near the Hotel Sempati and ends at Sardunya Bay, a stunning sandy cove to have a rest and enjoy the waves on the shore against your feet.
The centre of Kyrenia with its abundance of shops and attractive coffee shops is also easily reachable within a 15 minute drive.
